Brandon Heck, (Investment Broker) - primarily focuses on investment properties with his core business stemming from the representation of Buyers and Sellers of income producing property through analysis of his clients' needs and property feasibility. Bringing over ten (10) years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Brandon Heck has worked with numerous clients throughout the Midwest.

Prior to joining the JDC team, Brandon Heck served for three (3) years as an Investment Broker for Greenleaf Properties, a boutique Real Estate Development and Brokerage Company. His projects included acquisition and disposition of multi-family properties along with Net Leased Retail, Office and Industrial properties. Brandon Heck also spent four (4) years with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, (CTMT), where he refined his skills as a partner with the head of the Investment Department at CTMT's Kansas City office. Brandon Heck earned a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas. He holds a broker's license in the State of Kansas as well as an agent's license in the State of Missouri. He has completed all course work and is a candidate for the CCIM designation. Mr. Heck is also a member of ICSC and the Metro Board of Realtors.
