Greg Lutz (Development Manager) brings over twenty (20) years of experience to JDC. In his capacity as development manager, Greg Lutz demonstrates a true understanding and ability to successfully select prime real estate and develop both ground-up and retrofit projects. His knowledge and expertise enables JDC to provide preferred developer, turnkey services to our clients, tenants and partners.

Prior to joining JDC, Greg Lutz served as President of Midtown Niki Development Partners and Vice President of Real Estate Construction and Development for Big O tires, which boasts over 500 stores. Additionally, he has a financial background from years of managing various divisions in real estate and commercial banking with Barnett Banks of Florida.
