Chris Jones (Project Manager), advises clients on all aspects of real estate including site selection and conception, lease negotiations, financing, construction management and facilitation of sales as a member of the JDC development team. Currently, he is pursuing his CCIM designation.

Prior to joining JDC, Chris Jones graduated from University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. He spent nearly a year interning with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital until he heard the call of the wild and headed to Colorado to be a river rafting guide. Upon his return, Chris began working at JDC in order to expand its development reach beyond industrial projects. Since then, he has assisted with the development of multiple buildings including both medical office and retail. Chris has worked with clients such as FedEx, CVS, Atchison Hospital, Sunflower Prompt Care and Interactive Physical Therapy.

JDC has grown into a one stop shop for our clients. We have individuals who are experienced in construction, finance, architecture and brokerage. We may not have all the answers, but with our team, we can quickly find them!
