Kitty Needham, (Closing Administrator) - facilitates the purchase and sale of real estate for JDC through preparation and review of all required legal documents including but not limited to sale contracts, loan documents, title commitments, leases and associated amendments, estoppels and resolutions. Additionally, as the closing administrator, Kitty Needham serves as the point of contact between JDC and any entity involved in the sale such as attorneys, lenders, tenants, title companies, community officials, etc. As a sale deems, Kitty Needham also coordinates and maintains any 1031 exchange.

Prior to joining the JDC team in September of 2006, Kitty Needham served as an executive assistant to William G. Dietrich, a noted Kansas City real estate attorney. For over eighteen years, Kitty Needham was actively involved in all aspects of the purchase, sale and management of real estate. In 2003, she performed the due diligence work for the largest sale of non-profit entity assets to a for-profit entity in the history of the United States, a sale which included approximately 185 parcels of land in Kansas and Missouri. Additionally, Kitty Needham has managed approximately 100 small law branch offices across the country, worked in an auction house buying and selling stamps, coins and precious metals as well as studied the German language in Germany as part of the University of Kansas Study Abroad Program.
