Debbie Leonard, CPA (Chief Financial Officer) - oversees all financial aspects for not only JDC's operational accounts but for each development project as well. As a licensed CPA in the states of Missouri and Kansas, Debbie Leonard prepares and files taxes for the firm as well as secures financing for each development project.

Prior to joining JDC, Debbie Leonard operated her own CPA firm for eleven years. In this capacity, Debbie Leonard was the recipient of the Small Business Advocate award in 1995, which is granted from the Small Business Administration. Additionally, she worked for Tivol Plaza, Inc. where she served as the Director of Finance and for Premiere Page Inc. where she served as the Controller. Debbie Leonard earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of Kansas, School of Business in Lawrence, Kansas. She received her MBA from the University of Missouri in Kansas City in 1994.
