Karen Samuelson, (Operations Manager) - oversees the day to day administration of the JDC office including the supervision of all administrative staff, the flow of JDC business practices and procedures and the coordination of all adminstrative tasks on each project. Additionally, she handles all the human resources functions for the company including payroll and benefits administration, company policies, hiring practices, employee education and employee events. Also, among her primary functions, Karen Samuelson coordinates all branding of the company as well as marketing efforts and promotional materials designed to promote JDC as a premier developer.

Prior to joining the JDC team in 2001, Karen Samuelson served as the Payroll and Benefits Administrator and Office Manager for NuCentury Textile Services, a textile rental company serving the hospitality and entertainment industries. In her dual roles with NuCentury Textile Services, Karen Samuelson managed the payroll and benefits for over four hundred (400) employees. Additionally, as the office manager, she handled all administrative functions as well as controlled both the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the company, which grossed nearly $20 million annually.

Karen Samuelson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rockhurst University in 1993. She is a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management
