Kevin R. Jones, SIOR (President) - the founding member of Jones Development Company, L.L.C., otherwise known as JDC, L.L.C., directs the operations, which have steadily grown each year under his leadership. Having over twenty five years experience in the industrial real estate market, both as a broker and developer, Kevin Jones provides the fundamental direction and support needed for the continued growth of the organization. Assuming total responsibility for each project, Kevin Jones is involved in all phases of the planning and development including but not limited to site selection, financing, design, construction, and sale of the property. Through various real estate development partnerships spanning over the past twenty years, Kevin Jones has purchased and/or developed over 5,000,000 square feet of real estate. He has formed ongoing alliances with noteworthy clients including Federal Express, FedEx Ground Package Systems, Sherwin Williams, Airborne Express, Reynolds Metals Company, and BUNZL U.S.A.

     Prior to establishing JDC, L.L.C., Kevin Jones served for six years as a partner and real estate broker for Kerr & Company, now known as Colliers, Turley, Martin & Tucker. Kevin Jones has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 1998. He has served one term as President of the Western Missouri - Kansas Chapter. Additionally, he has served as a Board Member for the Kansas City Museum, Kansas City Friends of the Zoo, and the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the American Red Cross. Kevin Jones graduated in 1977 from the School of Business (BS/BA) at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.
