Nicholas C. Jones, (Development Manager), - serves as a Project Manager, Cost Estimator and Broker for JDC. He has over ten years experience in a variety of areas within the real estate development industry. Additionally, Nick Jones shares the responsibility for the marketing and sale of the completed projects. Since his employment with JDC in June of 2004, Nick Jones has played an instrumental role in the development as well as the marketing and sale of several completed projects.

Prior to joining the JDC team, Nick Jones was employed with a commercial mortgage firm in the Kansas City area. He earned a Bachelors of General Studies in Communication Studies with a Business emphasis from the University of Kansas in Lawrence Kansas. He is a licensed salesperson in Missouri and Kansas. Additionally, he is an Affiliate of the Kansas City CCIM Chapter. Recently, he was named by Ingram's Magazine, a Kansas City Journal as one of the up and coming "20 in Their 20's."
